Yes, updating your InfinitiKloud App is needed. InfinitiKloud Team is committed to always provide app updates for better and smooth data back up experience of all InfinitiKloud users.

For iOS & Android mobile device users, the app can be updated via iOS App Store & Google Play Store. Search “Infiniti Kloud” on the App Store or Play Store, find the app listing, then click “Update”. 

For PC and Mac users:

1. Go to https://www.infinitikloud.com/download-app.html, and find the download link according to your device.
   
   
2. Open the downloaded folder (For Mac users, make sure to run the InfinitiKloud Application after opening the folder)
   
   
3. Copy the InfinitiKloud Application and paste it into the InfinitiKloud device drive
   
   
4. Run the software from the drive folder and enjoy!
