Devices Management

After login successfully, you will be bringing to the Device Management.
This is the primary screen where you can decide what to do with your storages.

a. Storage Listing

The icon of your phone is shown on top.
Other storages are listed around your phone.
- Available storages are interactable and display remaining capacity.
- Unavailable storages are grey out.
- Each grey storage is an instruction to use it.

b. Setup Connection

For Internal Storage: Allow the app to access your phone storage.
For InfinitiKloud Storage: Refer to InfinitiKloud SD or Charge in Connect Devices to Your Phone images.
For InfinitiKloud Wireless:

1. Refer to InfinitiKloud Wireless in Connect Devices to Your Phone.

2. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Open your Wi-Fi network settings and Connect to InfinitiKloud 5GHz WiFi.

4. Wait some seconds to make sure your phone is connected.

5. Launch the InfinitiKloud app.

For Other Devices:

1. Prepare 2 phones (Android or iOS)

2. Download the latest app version on the 2 phones.

3. Connect to the same Wi-Fi network.

4. Plug InfinitiKloud flash drive into one phone.

5. Launch the app and log in with the same account email on 2 phones.

c. Available Actions

Back up: Drag the phone icon and drop it on the storage you want to back up. You can also double-tap a storage for the same action.
Restore: Drag a storage you want to retrieve files from and drop it on your phone.
View InfinitiKloud storage report: Single Tap on a storage. If the storage is not available, this action will show instruction on how to connect with that storage instead.

d. Manage Files Functions

Tap on each icon storage on the Home screen.
Go inside each folder.
Hold tap to select multiple items and one of them.
Choose the Setting icon to open the menu functions.

Storages List:

① InfinitiKloud Storage: Using the InfinitiKloud Flash Drive plug in your phone.

② Other Devices: Using the InfinitiKloud Flash Drive in both phones to transfer data through Wi-Fi.

③ Internal Storage: Using your phone storage.

④ InfinitiKloud Wireless Storage: Using the stand-alone Wireless storage device made by the InfinitiKloud team.

Go through files and Select

icon to open the functions list.

Functions List:

① Details: Remove out the selected item.

② Share: Share to others app.

③ Hide: Move the selected item to a hidden folder.

④ Encrypt/Decrypt: Secure the selected item to use only with one current email.

Note: You must use the same email to decrypt after encrypting it. Only the InfinitiKloud app can read this file.

⑤ Save: Restore back the item to the phone. (All Photos in iOS, Download/InfinitiKloud folder in Android)

⑥ Delete: Remove out the selected item.

e. Supported Backup Places

In each Storages, InfinitiKloud app provides 3 kinds of places that you can choose to secure your files.

Back up Files and Photos: transfer data from the phone to Internal Storage.
Back up Facebook Pictures and Videos: transfer pictures, videos from your Facebook account to Internal Storage.
Back up Emergency documents: create folders for family members and store files as pictures into Internal Storage.

Note: The app capacity will increase because your data is stored inside it.

f. Back Up

i. To Internal Storage

Select the extension file types

Note: Allow App to access your phone contacts to back it up.

ii. To InfinitiKoud Storage

Note: Make sure you plugged in the InfinitiKloud flash drive into your phone. All data will be stored in it after backed up.

Select extension file types and choose where you want to back up. (This step will be the same with InfinitiKloud Internal Storage.)
Choose Where you want to back up.

iii. To InfinitiKloud Wireless Storage

Note: Login to see the Home screen before connecting the phone with the InfinitiKloud Wireless device. Make sure you are already connected to the InfinitiKloud Wireless device by Wi-Fi and wait some seconds to identify it.

Drag your phone to InfinitiKloud Wireless Storage.
As the same steps with Internal Storage, select an extension, and choose where you want to back up.

iiii. To Other Devices

Prepare 2 phones with the same account email and the same Wi-Fi network. (Destination phone should be plugged in InfinitiKloud storage)
Drag your phone to Other Devices icon.
Select Phone (Destination receives files) in the list.
Choose destination storage phone. Ex: Internal Storage
Select what you want to backup, such as: photos/videos on Facebook, Emergency Document, photos in your phone.

Note: Keep the destination phone receiving screen turn on to transferring data.

g. Restore Files

i. From Internal Storage

On the Home screen, double-tap on the Internal Storage icon.
Select the File Management field and Follow the same steps with Restore Files From InfinitiKloud Storage section.
Go inside Folder.
Hold tab to select multiple items and choose the setting icon to save (restore) them.

ii. From InfinitiKoud Storage

Tap on the InfinitiKloud Storage icon. (or Drag the Storage icon to the Phone)
Select File Management field in the dashboard.
Go inside Folder.
Select ᐧᐧᐧ dots icon to open the functions list.
Choose Save to restore files back to your phone.

Restore place:

iOS: Restore to your Photos.
Android: Restore to your PhoneInternal storage > Download

iii. From InfinitiKloud Wireless Storage

Note: Make sure your phone is still connecting with the InfinitiKloud Wireless device.

The first step is to tap on the InfinitiKloud Wireless Storage icon.
The other steps are the same with Restore Files from InfintiKloud Storage.

iiii. From Other Devices

Prepare 2 phones with the same account email and the same Wi-Fi network. (Destination phone should be plugged in InfinitiKloud storage)
Drag Other Device to your phone.
Select which phones you want to restore from it.
Choose Where (Storage) you want to get files.
Go through folder > files and select them to restore back to your phone.
